WatchOS 3 going to be far superior than WatchOS

Wearable technology has blasted into the market and in a big way. People are calorie counting, measuring how many steps they walk in a day and companies are even having competitions to see who can out beat one another! However, now people are complaining it’s not fast enough, not reactive enough and just not fancy enough. It has been argued that Fitbits don’t properly track what you eat. You have to mainly include it into the watch and it doesn’t track the food by osmosis.

The WatchOS 3 is going to be the next addition to the Apple clan and it’s set to deliver the goods that were lacking in WatchOS.

There’s cute communication integrated into it including full screen effects and invisible ink messages that you got a taste of in iOS 10. You can scribble quickly to write words. Also in the case of an emergency, there’s an SOS feature.

Apple’s VP of Technology Kevin Lynch drove home that the main focus was on performance. In WatchOS 3, the lag in current Watch software has been cured. Lynch said “the apps should respond instantly, and the information contained within them will be updated instantly.”

For fitness fanatics or those wanting to get inspired to exercise, now you can with one new health app called Breathe. It works by basically being your own personal yoga instructor. It offers breathing techniques with visuals to go along with it or haptic feedback and of course, you can track your heart rate.

If you’re someone who needs that extra push to exercise from friends and family, there’s now the Activity Sharing app. It allows you to communicate directly when you’ve done a workout and use the scribble feature to make speedy replies. Impressing friends couldn’t be any easier by sending them your heart rate or audio messages.

Similar to the iPhone, the WatchOS 3 is all personalised. Choose your favourite apps. Get information instantly and skip to your favourite track while you’re jogging.
